Virtual Blue

While advocating close connection with watery places, it’s not possible for everyone to access outdoor Blue Space as often as we might like. Though as Blue Health Coaches we encourage more analogue living, virtual blue space offers us a distinctive realm where the tranquility of the sea meets you in the comfort of your home. The soothing essence of the ocean can refresh our sense of wellbeing, creating an enriching experience that transcends physical boundaries.

By imaginative use of books, music and digital resources, we can create a domestic safe harbour for individuals to explore their inner landscapes. We can embrace the wisdom of the waves, and feel connected no matter where we may be.

As we navigate a digital ocean, connect with others through meditation, join in a yoga flow, explore the landscape of poetry, breathe in the landscapes of art of photography, and bathe in the sound waves of music we find connection with their creators and are united in our quest for blue healing, connection and authenticity.

Here are a few thoughtfully curated resources for you to explore at your leisure, and many of these make excellent starting points for meaningful journal reflections.
